PNPAAAI takes oath with Binay

The Philippine National Police Academy Alumni Association (PNPAAAI) Officers and Board of Trustees formally took their oath with Vice President Jejomar Binay at Coconut Palace this morning.

The PNPAAAI Board of Trustees headed by Jail Director Rosendo M. Dial aims to strengthen partnership among the tri-bureaus of the public safety service.

PNPA is a law enforcement academy founded in 1978 which produces commissioned officers who now lead the rank and file of the Bureau of Jail Management and penology (BJMP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and Philippine National Police (PNP).

“The association is one of the prime movers in strengthening members of the public safety service to double their efforts and ensure safer communities nationwide.” said Dial.

“We want that every alumnus should always stand on the tenets of Service, Integrity and Justice as members of the uniformed service” he added.

The challenge in PNP

Few days ago, the Philippine National Police had its 17th Chief with PDG Nicanor Bartolome leading the 140,000 police force nationwide.

“We know that PDG Nicanor Bartolome is an honorable person and a worthy leader that could steer the police force into a new brand of better public service. The PNP Academy Alumni Association is always at his side supporting him,” said Dial reaffirming support to the new PNP Chief.

Meanwhile, the PNPAAAI is calling all qualified youth who want to join the public safety service with the final submission of application for the PNPA Cadet Admission Test on September 30, 2011.

For more information, they could log on at www.pnpa.edu.ph or visit the nearest BJMP, BFP and PNP stations nationwide.
