BJMP Scholoraship Program

STATUS

             The BJMP Scholarship Program serves as an extension of benefits to the surviving heirs of BJMP deceased personnel who died in line of duty and Retirees under Permanent Total Disability by giving additional financial benefits to their children thru Educational Program. This is open to all qualified dependents below twenty one (21) years old upon application.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

             We have a total number of 238 grantees. As of 31 December 2009, 36 were already graduated from their respective chosen Baccalaureate Degree. Two of them are now a member of our Bureau.  Last July 2008, an increase in the benefits was given to the grantees to augment the increasing cost of education and other expenses. The said resolution also extended the benefits from one qualified dependent to all qualified children. Applicants nationwide are expected to increase this coming school year.
